We are looking for a Finance & Admin Intern to join our Operations team, reporting directly to our Operations Manager. You'll keep our billing and day-to-day admin running like clockwork, and get hands-on exposure to the world of company financing.

🎯 What you'll do

• Billing & invoicing: issue and upload client invoices in Holded, keeping everything accurate, up to date and reconciled.
• Collections (AR): track outstanding payments and follow up on them until they're collected.
• Gestoría coordination: be the clean, timely bridge with our external accounting firm, making sure they have what they need, when they need it.
• Admin & office: handle day-to-day administrative tasks and keep documentation in order.
• Financing support: support our financing team with the launch of funding lines, uploading templates, structuring information and helping keep the operational side running.

👤 The profile we are looking for

You're the person who catches the mistake everyone else missed and who never lets an invoice slip. You like order, you're reliable, and you're genuinely curious about the world of finance.

• Organized & detail-oriented (must-have): you own recurring tasks end to end and nothing falls through the cracks. This is what matters most for the role.
• Finance & accounting background: you're a final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law, and you understand (or want to understand) how company financing works.
• Comfortable with numbers and tools: at ease with Excel/Sheets and quick to pick up admin/finance software (Holded or similar).
• Autonomous & reliable: give you a process and you run it without being chased.
• Eager to grow: you want to learn, take on more, and build a career in Operations or Finance.
• Language: native or native-level Spanish; working-level English.

Note: this is an internship through a university or FP training agreement, so you must be able to sign a student internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with Holded or a similar ERP/accounting tool.
• Some exposure to accounts receivable, billing or bookkeeping. Interest in the startup and financing ecosystem.
