Key Responsibilities

• Act as the financial point of contact for assigned business units, providing support in strategic decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the relevant business areas.
• Analyze variances, profitability, and key financial performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
• Perform profitability analyses by business line, product, and project.
• Support the monitoring of Working Capital, CAPEX, and key EBITDA drivers.
• Prepare financial reporting for Senior Management and support corporate financial planning processes.
• Participate in international projects related to the development and expansion of new business units.
• Collaborate in Due Diligence processes and financial analyses associated with new transactions and expansion projects.
• Participate in internal audits and other cross-functional finance projects.
• Develop financial models to assess new business opportunities and growth scenarios.
• Work closely with international teams and maintain regular communication with stakeholders across different countries.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Financial Audit roles within international environments.
• Candidates coming from Big Four firms with exposure to multinational clients, or professionals with solid experience in international FP&A departments, will be particularly valued.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business case preparation, and financial reporting.
• Solid financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Experience participating in international finance projects will be highly valued.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with financial ERPs and reporting tools.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is required. English will be the primary language used in day-to-day responsibilities.
• International academic or professional experience will be considered a plus.
