Where Your Skills Are Needed
- Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;
- With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;
- Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;
- Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.

Job requirements

- We welcome applications with excellent written and spoken language as well as good English or German skills. Finnish, Danish or Swedish as a 2nd language is a pre;
- Some experience in customer service;
- Excellent computer and typing skills;
- Commitment and passion for the world of lamps and our customers;
