A Day in the Life

You will join our Europe Data and AI team, based in Madrid, as a key player in our global Beauty Tech ambition. Reporting to the Europe CTO Data & AI, you will be part of a pioneering international team dedicated to building and operating the AI, data, and infrastructure that power next-generation Agentic AI prototypes and production agents across the group.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Platform Development & Operations: Implement scalable cloud services,Firestoreschemas, and robust logging best practices to ensure our platforms are resilient and efficient.
• Agent & Model Integration: Connectcutting-edgeVertex AI models and Agent Development Kit workflows into production-ready agents that will redefine our business.
• MLOps& Automation: Build and manage reproducible CI/CD pipelines, advanced monitoring, and effective rollback strategies to ensure seamless deployment and operation of our AI models.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear documentation, support cross-functional squads, and contribute to innovative lab experiments and demos thatshowcasethe future of Beauty Tech.
  
  

We Are Looking For

We Are Seeking a Technical And Forward-thinking AI Engineer Who Is Ready To Manage Projects From Concept To Company-wide Deployment. You Are a Problem-solver With a Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit And a Collaborative Mindset. You Have a Degree In Computer Science (or Equivalent) And Bring Experience In The Following Areas

• Cloud Computing: Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Cloud Run,Firestore, and Cloud Logging.
• AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on knowledge of Vertex AI and, ideally, the Agent Development Kit for building and integrating AI solutions.
• MLOps/ CI/CD: Proven ability in deploying models, building automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Software Engineering: Proficiencyin web technologies (Node.js, React) and containerization using Docker.
• Communication & Agility: Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to learn quickly, document clearly, and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
