Main tasks:

• E2E project management of A level project or program;
• Organization management of program PMO;
• E2E planning setup and track;
• Customer regular communication of daily/weekly planning fulfillment;
• E2E financial flow track, from PO issue to billing, including revenue forecast and fulfillment;
• Creating workflows and regulations related to build planning and controlling system, establishing team and managing related business of project planning and controlling, to guarantee project is implemented based on target and plan.
• Make the regulation of project quality, environment and security based on local situation and customer requirements. And monitor the result by project and subcon implemented

Qualifications:

• Spanish and English fluent
• Strong background in telecommunications project management, related to IP projects preferred
• Strong background in Project Management
• Preferred background working with Huawei or Telefonica projects in past or present
