We are looking to strengthen our IT SecFinance team with a senior functional Business Analyst who brings strong business knowledge, project leadership experience, and ideally, familiarity with Murex.

As part of the IT SecFinance team, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology, driving operational improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives across regions.

• Design and enhance operational processes across SecFinance.
• Provide a global vision to adapt processes to other regions.
• Lead and support business-driven (non-IT) projects.
• Streamline internal procedures and improve reporting for business stakeholders.
• Assist in data collection for presentations to senior management.
• Act as a point of contact for Compliance, Legal, Audit, and other internal departments.
• Support functional analysis and improvements to the booking model in Murex for SecFinance operations.
  

• Strong operational background and business knowledge in banking.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Previous experience within a banking environment.
• Familiarity with Murex and its application in financial operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to work across geographies and teams.
