Desde Melt Group estamos gestionando la búsqueda de un/a Plant Manager para una importante empresa del sector industrial alimentario, situada en los alrededores de Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).

Buscamos a una persona con sólida experiencia liderando operaciones en entornos industriales del sector alimentación, con visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y capacidad para impulsar la eficiencia y el cambio cultural en planta.

¿Qué harás en el puesto?

· Dirigir y coordinar los recursos de la planta para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, coste y servicio.

· Liderar la implantación de nueva maquinaria, procesos y líneas automatizadas, junto con los equipos técnicos.

· Gestionar nuevos lanzamientos desde una perspectiva de Change Management, evaluando necesidades técnicas, humanas y económicas.

· Diseñar y supervisar la planificación de la producción, proponiendo mejoras continuas.

· Optimizar los procesos productivos para mejorar eficiencia, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.

· Supervisar el control de calidad en todas las fases del proceso productivo.

· Establecer, analizar y reportar KPIs industriales, informando periódicamente a Dirección.

· Coordinar la gestión de almacenes y proponer mejoras en la planificación logística y rotación de stocks.

· Asegurar la seguridad, formación y desarrollo del equipo de planta.

Requisitos clave:

· Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería de Organización Industrial o similar.

· Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Plant Manager o Jefe/a de Planta en entornos industriales alimentarios.

· Experiencia demostrada en mejora continua, ingeniería de procesos y Lean Management.

· Perfil estratégico, con habilidades de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y orientación a resultados.

· Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse con diferentes niveles jerárquicos.

· Profesional proactivo, riguroso y orientado a la eficiencia operativa.

Son Valenti Agricultura y Hoteleria – part of the Fournais group, is looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to lead our upcoming hotel opening for Hotel Banyalbufar.

About Hotel Banyalbufar

Located on Mallorca's stunning west coast, in the village of Banyalbufar - one of the island's most

magical and untouched coastal villages - Hotel Banyalbufar promises breathtaking sunsets, raw

natural beauty, and a deep sense of peace.

The hotel is a transformation and complete renovation of the former Hotel Sa Coma.

Hotel Banyalbufar will be a premium destination focused on local authenticity, sustainability, wellness, and uncompromising guest experiences – offering guests the opportunity to fully enjoy life, food, and nature in beautiful surroundings, with unique and personalized service.

It combines a deep respect for the local Mallorquin heritage with a special focus on healthy, delicious, locally produced food and the optimal conditions to embrace an active lifestyle in one of the most spectacular locations in the world.

Hotel Banyalbufar will feature a total of 30 exceptional rooms, including 5 suites.

Role And Responsibilities

Hotel Banyalbufar is scheduled to open in June 2026, and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager candidate to join us in January to lead the pre-opening phase and ensure the hotel's successful launch and ongoing operations.

Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with Fournais (owner of Son Valenti Agricultura y Hoteleria):

Recruiting and training the team (reception, housekeeping, kitchen, F&B, wellness,

maintenance, etc.

)

Setting up operations and proceduresPlanning the hotel opening and managing logisticsLeading local marketing initiativesCreating a strong culture with passionate team members committed to deliver

outstanding, personalized guest experience

Managing budgeting, forecasting, and follow up with full financial responsibility

You will report to Fournais in Denmark and be acting as a key sparring partner in ongoing concept development across the Fournais Group.

Your Profile

Extensive experience in luxury hospitality and high-end hotel operationsA proven track record with hotel openingsStrong leadership and communication skills, combined with a hands-on mindsetThe ability to balance strategic thinking and the bigger picture with operational executionand attention to detail – while building strong teams and cultureFluency in English and Spanish; German is a plusA passion for personalized guest experiences, aesthetics, service, and sustainabilityThe ability to thrive with responsibility and work effectively both independently and a part of the team
