Descripción
Supervisar que los procesos sigan las cGMP y normativas internas, proponiendo mejoras.
Coordinar y dar soporte a la formación inicial y continua del equipo según el Plan de Formación.
Apoyar en la elaboración y revisión de guías de fabricación, procedimientos e instrucciones.
Participar en el análisis de incidentes de calidad y definir acciones correctivas inmediatas (CAPA).
Realizar investigaciones para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones eficaces.
Asegurar la integridad de datos críticos y supervisar procesos asépticos conforme al Anexo 1 de las cGMP.
Colaborar en validaciones de equipos y procesos, y en la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.
Atender y gestionar reclamaciones relacionadas con su actividad.
Participar en autoinspecciones y auditorías internas.
Colaborar en proyectos y grupos de trabajo para la mejora de procesos.
Participar en capacitaciones específicas (revisión óptica, acceso a zona estéril) y su seguimiento.
Revisar guías de fabricación, PQRs y monitorizaciones asignadas.
Reportar al responsable cualquier incidencia y colaborar en tareas delegadas.

Titulación superior universitaria en ciencias de la salud (farmacia, química, biología, biotecnología, etc…)
