Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated BI Analyst to join our Analytics & Optimization department. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our international clients leverage their data.

You will be responsible for understanding their business needs and transforming them into clear, insightful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to gather, define and document their business requirements.

* Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and analytical solutions.

* Work with ETL processes to prepare data for analysis.

* Analyze datasets using Python to uncover trends and insights while ensuring data quality and consistency.

* Communicate findings and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders.

* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and new deliverables for our clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: We are preferably looking for a candidate with a background in a STEM field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

* Business Intelligence:

  * Proven experience with a major BI tool. While experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics is highly preferred, expertise in other platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is also welcome.

  * A strong grasp of data visualization principles, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling visual stories

* Technical Skills:

  * SQL & Python: Working knowledge. You should be comfortable using these tools to query datasets for QA purposes, verify data integrity, and perform ad-hoc analysis when the UI has limitations. 

  * Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data modeling (e.g., Joins, Granularity, Star Schema). 

  * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the Salesforce data model is a significant plus

* Non-Technical Skills:

  * English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English is essential for communicating with international clients

  * Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate abstract business needs into technical tasks (gathering, processing, and visualization)
