About The Role

We're seeking an AI Automation Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll take solution designs from the Solutions Architect and bring them to life, building, testing, and deploying Digital Workers in Maisa Studio. You own everything from first configuration through go-live and handover to operations. You're measured by what ships, not what's planned.

What You'll Do...

Build and Configure

• Implement Digital Worker configurations in Maisa Studio based on technical specifications from the Solutions Architect
• Configure integrations including APIs, connectors, and data flows as defined in the solution design
• Raise specification gaps or feasibility issues early; don't wait, don't assume
  
  

• Own and execute UAT with production data, documenting results and resolving defects
• Certify that Digital Workers meet defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect during UAT to confirm the build matches the designed experience
  
  

• Manage go-live deployment following established procedures
• Hand over to operations with complete documentation: configuration details, known limitations, runbooks, and support notes
• Ensure operational teams have everything they need to maintain the Digital Worker post-launch
  
  

• Partner closely with the Solutions Architect; ask questions, challenge assumptions, flag risks early
• Provide effort estimates to support the Architect's scoping and delivery planning
• Share reusable configurations, shortcuts, and lessons learned with the broader engineering team
• Support fellow engineers when they hit blockers; team delivery matters more than individual output
  
  

• Demonstrable experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations in a delivery context
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly, with evidence of working across multiple tools
• Ability to ship under pressure without sacrificing reliability; pragmatic, not perfectionist
• Strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

Desde Hays estamos colaborando con una de las principales organizaciones del sector Fintech y medios de pago (Payments). Buscamos un/a QA Automation & Manual Engineer que quiera formar parte de un equipo tecnológico global. Asegurarás la calidad de extremo a extremo (Web y API REST) de productos financieros con un alto volumen de transacciones. Posición preferiblemente basada en Málaga, con opción de 100% remoto y visitas puntuales.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar planes y estrategias de prueba, con estimación, priorización y enfoque Risk-Based Testing.
• Analizar historias de usuario para definir qué cubrir con pruebas manuales y qué con automáticas.
• Crear y mantener tests automatizados funcionales y de regresión con Java, Selenium WebDriver y BDD/Cucumber.
• Ejecutar pruebas manuales y automáticas en Web y API (Postman): funcionales, de regresión, exploratorias, smoke/sanity y de accesibilidad.
• Registrar y dar seguimiento a bugs en Jira, e investigar la causa raíz con SQL y entornos UNIX.
• Elaborar informes de defectos y Test Completion Reports que sirvan de base para las decisiones de Go/No-Go.
• Proponer mejoras en los procesos de calidad, incluyendo el uso de herramientas basadas en IA.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Entre 1,5 y 3 años de experiencia como QA, combinando testing manual y automatización.
• Experiencia diaria desarrollando y manteniendo tests con Java y Selenium WebDriver.
• Conocimientos o experiencia con BDD (Cucumber) / TDD.
• Manejo de Postman, Jira y Git/GitHub.
• Conocimientos prácticos de SQL y comandos UNIX/Linux.
• Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile (Scrum, Kanban o SAFe).
• Grado Superior en Desarrollo (DAM/DAW) o Ingeniería Informática / Telecomunicaciones.

Valoraremos especialmente

• Experiencia previa en proyectos de Payments, Fintech o Banca digital.
• Interés activo por las herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y su uso en el día a día.
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior para trabajar en un entorno global.

Sobre el proyecto

Buscamos un/a Software Engineer para incorporarse a un programa internacional de modernización de una plataforma de trading, trabajando sobre un framework interno de automatización E2E.

Ubicación: Madrid o Barcelona

Modelo de trabajo: Híbrido (3 días oficina - 2 días teletrabajo)

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener plugins y extensiones en Java para el framework interno.
• Crear adaptadores y conectores para protocolos y sistemas de trading.
• Integrar las soluciones con CI/CD, reporting y otras herramientas.
• Trabajar con el equipo de E2E Test Engineering para definir e implementar nuevas integraciones.
• Generar documentación técnica y realizar el handover de las soluciones desarrolladas.

Requisitos

• 5+ años de experiencia en Java.
• 5+ años de experiencia extendiendo frameworks Java mediante plugins, SPI o arquitecturas modulares/pluggables.
• Experiencia sólida desarrollando sobre frameworks existentes, entendiendo su arquitectura y convenciones para implementar nuevas extensiones.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de adaptadores o conectores de protocolos, idealmente con FIX, protocolos binarios e integraciones basadas en ficheros.
• 5+ años de experiencia con SQL y sistemas de bases de datos.
• Experiencia con Docker; conocimientos de Kubernetes serán valorados.
• Experiencia con Unix/Linux.
• Experiencia con Git y GitLab (se valorará también experiencia con GitHub o Bitbucket).
• Conocimientos sólidos de CI/CD, especialmente Jenkins o GitLab CI.
• 2+ años de experiencia en Exchange practice.
