For this position, we are looking for an engineer who can drive testing end-to-end, not only execute it. That includes defining acceptance criteria with teams, building an auditable test trail, pushing test automation where it matters, and enforcing evidence in the tooling.

Responsibilities
- Test planning and design: Develop comprehensive test plans, define test scope, and outline objectives
- Test case development: Write and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both manual and automated testing (Unit, Component and Integration)
- Test execution: Run tests on software, and systems to check for functionality, performance, and durability
- Defect management: Identify, document, and track defects; analyse test results to identify issues and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues
- Reporting: Create and maintain documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports on test results, defects and requirement coverage
- Automation: Develop and use test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience of code-based test automation applying the fundamentals of test management
- Experience around the integration between multiple applications and a proven track record developing the needed test coverage to support and report good quality in an automated manner
- Ability and willingness to adhere to strict test and development guidelines and to make suggestions for improvements
- Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Exercises sound professional judgment, making risk-aware and well-considered decisions
- Experience with the following Tech Stack: Applications: RH Linux, TCP/IP and UDP networks, SQLite, FIX, XML, JSON; Testing: Applications + Java
- Good knowledge of market data
- Experience as BA/Test Engineer and Dev is a must
- Experience using Unix/Linux
- Experience using an IDE and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and frameworks (GitLab, Ansible and Containers)
- Ability to efficiently extract information from technical documentation, discuss it and reflect it in his/her work
- Jira Tool set concepts and experience for day-to-day work
- ISTQB foundation certification or higher
- Proven track record in development in Java and Test automation, Bash scripting and Python would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team of developers and analysts

Tareas
¿Cuál será tu papel en el equipo?
• Participar en la configuración, parametrización y lanzamiento de campañas de email marketing y journeys automatizados.
• Velar por la correcta configuración de los distintos elementos del CRM (listas, audiencias, flujos, envíos, plantillas, etc.).
• Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para asegurar que sus necesidades de comunicación y automatización se reflejen correctamente en la herramienta.
• Supervisar la entrega y visualización de los envíos en distintos dispositivos.
• Apoyar en la creación y maquetación de emails utilizando plantillas HTML sencillas.
• Realizar seguimiento de resultados (tasas de apertura, clics, conversiones) y compartir aprendizajes con el equipo.

Requisitos

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- High level of English B2/C1
- German or French will be highly valued
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
- Ability to compose letters, outlines, and basic reports and/or to orally communicate technical information.
- Basic understanding of automation technologies and principles, including PLC programming and HMI development.

Data Analyst de nivel Mid
, con experiencia en
Inteligencia Artificial y Python
, para incorporarse al equipo de desarrollo y ayudarnos a
acelerar la gestión y resolución de incidencias
en nuestro
software MAWIS U2
, mediante el uso de análisis avanzado de datos y modelos de IA.
El rol tendrá un impacto directo en la mejora del producto, la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio, trabajando de forma transversal con desarrollo, soporte y producto.

Responsabilidades
Analizar datos de incidencias y uso de diferentes sensores de MAWIS U2 para detectar patrones, causas de problemas y mejoras.
Desarrollar y mantener modelos de IA / Machine Learning orientados a:
Detección de anomalías en sensónica
Reducción de tiempos de resolución de problemas
Predecir desbordes en contenedores
Crear scripts y pipelines de datos en Python para automatizar procesos de análisis.
Trabajar con bases de datos y consultas SQL para la explotación de información operativa.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, soporte técnico y producto en la definición de mejoras.
Definir y seguir KPIs relacionados con incidencias y rendimiento del sistema.
Documentar procesos, modelos y resultados para asegurar su mantenimiento y escalabilidad.
Requisitos
Experiencia previa como Data Analyst (perfil mid).
Dominio de programación en Python, siendo una competencia clave del puesto para el desarrollo de scripts, automatización de análisis y creación de modelos de IA.
Experiencia práctica en Inteligencia Artificial / Machine Learning en entornos reales.
Conocimientos básicos de SQL.
Experiencia analizando datos operativos y detección de incidencias.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno técnico.
Nivel de inglés medio – alto (mínimo B2).
Experiencia en entornos industriales, automatización o software técnico.
Conocimientos básicos de MLOps, APIs o entornos cloud.
