For this position, we are looking for an engineer who can drive testing end-to-end, not only execute it. That includes defining acceptance criteria with teams, building an auditable test trail, pushing test automation where it matters, and enforcing evidence in the tooling.

Responsibilities

- Test planning and design: Develop comprehensive test plans, define test scope, and outline objectives
- Test case development: Write and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both manual and automated testing (Unit, Component and Integration)
- Test execution: Run tests on software, and systems to check for functionality, performance, and durability
- Defect management: Identify, document, and track defects; analyse test results to identify issues and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical issues
- Reporting: Create and maintain documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports on test results, defects and requirement coverage
- Automation: Develop and use test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience of code-based test automation applying the fundamentals of test management
- Experience around the integration between multiple applications and a proven track record developing the needed test coverage to support and report good quality in an automated manner
- Ability and willingness to adhere to strict test and development guidelines and to make suggestions for improvements
- Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Exercises sound professional judgment, making risk-aware and well-considered decisions
- Experience with the following Tech Stack: Applications: RH Linux, TCP/IP and UDP networks, SQLite, FIX, XML, JSON; Testing: Applications + Java
- Good knowledge of market data
- Experience as BA/Test Engineer and Dev is a must
- Experience using Unix/Linux
- Experience using an IDE and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and frameworks (GitLab, Ansible and Containers)
- Ability to efficiently extract information from technical documentation, discuss it and reflect it in his/her work
- Jira Tool set concepts and experience for day-to-day work
- ISTQB foundation certification or higher
- Proven track record in development in Java and Test automation, Bash scripting and Python would be beneficial

Alcance del puesto:

- Más de 4 años de experiencia en infraestructura de TI. Más de 4 años de experiencia en automatización de TI con Ansible, trabajando con plataformas como Linux (Red Hat) y bases de datos (PostgreSQL), así como integraciones de sistemas.
- 4-5 años de experiencia en Zabbix y Python.
- 4-5 años de experiencia en Python.

Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Automation DevOps Engineer.

Principales responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y mantener playbooks y roles de Ansible para la automatización de procesos de TI.
- Colaborar con los equipos de TI e impartir talleres para identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejorar la eficiencia general del sistema.
- Documentar los resultados de los análisis y coordinarse con los diseñadores de automatización para garantizar la coherencia del diseño y el desarrollo en toda la base de clientes.
- Garantizar la integridad y el rendimiento de la infraestructura de TI mediante soluciones de automatización eficaces.
- Producir documentación de los procesos y las mejores prácticas relacionadas con el desarrollo de Ansible.
- Supervisar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas relacionados con las implementaciones de automatización de Ansible.
- Participar en revisiones de código y mantener los repositorios de scripts de Ansible.

Alcance del puesto:
- El puesto se centra en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones de automatización utilizando Ansible para mejorar la eficiencia, la fiabilidad y la coherencia de las infraestructuras de TI en múltiples entornos y clientes. Implica colaborar con equipos de TI multifuncionales, garantizar la estandarización de las prácticas de automatización y apoyar la mejora continua mediante la documentación, la resolución de problemas y la gobernanza del código.

Requisitos:
- Más de 8 años de experiencia en infraestructura de TI.
- Más de 4 años de experiencia en automatización de TI con Ansible, trabajando con plataformas como Windows, Linux y bases de datos (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), así como integraciones de sistemas.
- Sólidos conocimientos de infraestructura de TI y configuraciones de sistemas.
- Experiencia con sistemas de control de versiones, especialmente Git.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración. Se requiere dominio del inglés.

Horario: Se requiere cobertura de 07:00 a 19:00. Turnos:
07:00–15:00
08:00–17:00
10:00–19:00

Disponibilidad para realizar guardias, remuneradas a parte.

Modelo híbrido o teletrabajo 100%.
