Wix Studio Designer & Developer (Freelance / Contract, Fully Remote)

Scipio & Partners is a senior-led strategy and transformation advisory. Our website is a functional asset used by founders and executives. It must communicate clarity, credibility, and technical discipline across all devices.

We are looking for a Wix Studio Designer & Developer who combines strong design judgment with reliable execution. The role is fully remote.

What you will do

• Design and build pages end to end in Wix Studio

• Ensure clean, predictable behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile

• Use Wix Studio’s native responsive tools correctly (grids, containers, breakpoints)

• Translate brand guidelines into consistent layouts and reusable components

• Implement CMS-driven and dynamic content

• Use Velo (JavaScript) for conditional logic and interactions when useful

• Maintain clean, performant, and maintainable structures

What we expect

• Strong design skills (layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography)

• Professional, credibility-focused aesthetic suitable for B2B and consulting

• Deep understanding of Wix Studio responsiveness and layout behavior

• No manual hacks, duplicated layouts, or fragile fixes

• Proven hands-on experience with Wix Studio (not Wix Editor)

• Coding experience (Velo / JavaScript) is a strong plus

• Independent, reliable working style and clear communication

• Fully comfortable working remotely

Probation period

• Mandatory 2-week paid probation

• Compensation: €250 per week during probation then €500 per week

• Minimum effort expected: at least 30 hours during the probation

• Work is on real production tasks

• Continuation depends on demonstrated design quality, responsiveness, technical cleanliness, and reliability
