About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing, Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to take ownership of our digital presence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone confident in content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and marketing materials

• Travel with the team to project locations and boat shows to capture content

• Manage and grow social media platforms

• Plan content calendars and write platform-appropriate captions

• Execute digital marketing campaigns

• Design visual assets (posts, stories, presentations, brochures, newsletters)

• Track performance, analyse engagement, and optimise content

• Ensure consistent brand storytelling and visual identity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience in social media management and content creation

• Strong photo and video editing skills

• Solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital platforms

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently

• Confident, tech-savvy, and up to date with modern digital tools

Tools & Skills

• Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), CapCut

• Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

• SEO and analytics knowledge

Requirements

• English: fluent / professional proficiency

• Demonstrated experience in the skills listed above

• Based in Palma de Mallorca & able to work from the office
