-Extend a warm welcome to guests upon their arrival and provide detailed information about the campground's facilities and services.
-Efficiently manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for our guests.
-Address and resolve any issues that arise during guests' stays promptly and with professionalism.
-Promote and sell additional services, manage the reception of lost items, and collaborate with other departments within the campground.
-Maintain control over billing processes and daily cash handling within your assigned cash register.
Job requirements
-Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotels or campgrounds.
-Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
Knowledge of other languages such as Dutch, German or French will be valued.

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Procurement + Project Management Assistant at STUDIO GOLDY. As an assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with procurement activities, project coordination, and providing support to the project management team. This is a hybrid role, based in Madrid with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Terrassa for an English teacher for teenage and adult students. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. You will also participate in professional development opportunities offered by SALT Idiomes, collaborate with other teachers, and communicate with parents and guardians as needed.
Requirements
- Available to work afternoons and evenings, Monday to Friday, in Terrassa.
- Currently live in the local area and legally able to work in Spain
- C2 or C1 level of English with strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Teaching certificate, such as TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or a state teaching license
- Prior experience in teaching English as a foreign language to adults and teenagers (experience with Cambridge exam courses highly valued)
- Excellent classroom management skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

About the position:
As a Rental and property manager, you will be the lynchpin of the letting process and property management. From acquisition, opening our office in Valencia, drafting lease agreements to handling tenant questions, you are always ready to support. Responsibilities:
You are the commercial jack-of-all-trades who manages the rental process from A to Z. From drawing up rental agreements to supporting marketing activities to quickly fill vacant units, you have no trouble doing it. In addition, you are the first point of contact for tenants, offer professional advice and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hands-on and creative thinker
- Work experience in a similar position is a plus
