Earwaves es una marca deportiva enfocada en accesorios de fitness, cross training y hybrid training. Creamos productos funcionales y tecnológicos con una identidad visual cuidada, minimalista y aspiracional.

Estamos construyendo una con una visión clara y ambición a largo plazo, y buscamos a alguien que quiera crecer con nosotros.

Trabajarás directamente en el desarrollo y evolución de la identidad visual de Earwaves, participando en proyectos reales de marca y producto:

• Desarrollo y evolución del branding e identidad visual de la marca.
• Diseño gráfico aplicado a producto deportivo (calleras, rodilleras, cinturones, etc.).
• Diseño de packaging, instrucciones, normativas y elementos gráficos asociados.
• Creación de piezas visuales para web y ecommerce.
• Apoyo creativo en campañas, lanzamientos y concepto de producto.
• Colaboración directa con el equipo fundador en decisiones de marca y diseño.
• Colaboración directa con el estudio de fotografía.

• Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Diseño Gráfico.
• Perfil creativo pero técnico, con atención al detalle.
• Buen manejo del paquete Adobe (Figma es un plus).
• Interés real por branding, diseño de producto y marcas deportivas.
• Sensibilidad por el diseño minimalista, tipografía y composición.
• Persona proactiva, con ganas de aprender y aportar ideas.

Funciones y responsabilidades:
· Conceptualización y creación de piezas en entorno digital y offline.
· Adaptaciones de piezas para RRSS estáticas y animadas.
· Diseño y maquetación/programación web en Wordpress o otras plataformas. No es necesario saber programar con código.
· Creación de todo tipo de piezas offline.
· Ideación, conceptualización y estrategia de campañas de comunicación.
· Creación de AAFF para imprenta.
· Montaje de piezas audiovisuales.

Nuestros Requisitos:
· Experiencia previa en agencia.
· Nivel avanzado de programas de maquetación y edición Adobe Creative Suite.
· Conocimiento de After Effects.
· Interés por la nuevas tecnologías y tendencias digitales.
· Buen criterio estético y facilidad para adaptarse a guidelines marcadas.
· Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
