As the Social Media Marketing Agent, you are the frontline operator responsible for taking raw vision and turning it into millions of views and direct subscriber growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Publish 45-60 Instagram Reels daily across 15-20 assigned accounts, including unique captions and Story posts within a 10-minute window per account.
- Execute 4-5 hours of manual Instagram engagement by responding to comments, scrolling the feed and explore page for 5 minutes immediately after every Reel upload.
- Schedule 20 TikTok posts daily (2x per account for 10 accounts) via TikTok Studio to maintain 100% consistency across the creator portfolio.
- Perform daily health audits on all assigned accounts to monitor reach, detect shadowbans, and report to the Head of Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS

- Operational Speed: Work fast on mobile devices, ability to post 3 Reels with captions and Stories in under 10 minutes.

- You live in Marbella or are willing to commute there daily.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 100% Posting Consistency: Zero missed posts across the 65-80 daily required uploads (IG 3x, TikTok 2x).
- Execution Accuracy: 100% correct attribution of content to creator accounts with zero tagging or device-logging errors. 100% of the required daily engagement quota met, maintaining or increasing account health.
- Reporting Accuracy: Daily updates on reach and account status provided to the Head of SFC with a 0% error rate
- Conversion Impact: Deliver a quantifiable increase in "New Subs Per Tracking Link" for assigned Instagram accounts.
SCHEDULE
- Minimum 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday), flexible hours to be discussed.
- Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends if the situation warrants it.
COMPENSATION
- 1800-2400 EUR Base Salary.
- Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not bonuses and benefits.

Role Description

Introducción
En VEIMANCHA EXTREMADURA buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe de Postventa para liderar y coordinar el

Funciones principales
• Asegurar la correcta atención al cliente aplicando los estándares de marca.

We're not hiring for a role. We're looking for the person who's going to build the marketing engine of a brand that's about to go global.
Wellness Rave is Spain's biggest morning wellness festival. 3,000–4,000 people, packed clubs, breathwork into beats. WR3 is June 14 at Sea Sea Club. After that, more cities, more editions, Europe.
The person we hire doesn't run campaigns. They architect a marketing function from zero, and they do it while three editions are running in parallel across different cities and timezones.
What this actually looks like
- You own marketing end-to-end. Strategy, creative, performance, content, brand. No committee. No "let me check with the team."
- You build the roadmap across every edition, every city, every sub-brand (including the Afterparty) and you run them simultaneously without a single ball dropping
- You set up the funnel as a measurable machine: cold reach → ticket buyer → repeat attendee → LTV. You know your CAC and your ROAS the way other people know their phone number
- You scale Meta and Google ad spend across multiple events without cannibalizing yourself
- You direct the organic muscle (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and grow audience for free alongside paid
- You marry digital with on-the-ground: flyers, in-venue branding, influencer seeding, street, PR. Every edition is a product and a content engine

Who you are
