About Quantum Mads

Plenty of companies talk about quantum. Few have algorithms in production. We do. Quantum Mads is a team of mathematicians, physicists and engineers building Quantum-AI algorithms for industry. Our work runs today at Ibex-35 corporations, and we are taking it to Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

The role

We're looking for someone who creates opportunities instead of waiting for leads. You'll find where our algorithms can make a difference inside large companies, open the door, and take it all the way to a signed project. Small team, real clients, autonomy.

What you'll do

• Prospect, pitch, follow up and close. The pipeline is yours.
• Compete in open innovation challenges and accelerator programmes, from the application to the final pitch.
• Build proposals for European and international funding programmes.
• Work side by side with our mathematicians and physicists to shape each solution, from the client's problem to what we build.
• Spot new markets and use cases before anyone asks you to.

What we're looking for

• Entrepreneurial. You see an opportunity and move on it.
• Curious about quantum and AI. No physics degree needed.
• You write well and pitch well, in English and Spanish. Spanish is what we speak day to day.
• Independent. You set your own priorities and handle several deadlines at once.
• You like the startup pace: things change fast, and so do you.
• Up to 4 years in business development, consulting, sales, VC or a startup.

Nice to have

• Experience with open innovation programmes, accelerators or European funding calls
• A STEM, economics or business background
• A network in industry, finance or energy
