Desde Avos Tech, empresa del grupo Prosegur, estamos buscando un Business Data Analyst con una fuerte mentalidad analítica y orientación a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. La posición se ubica en Madrid con modalidad híbrida.

Tu misión será transformar los datos provenientes de diversas fuentes (Salesforce, Avaya,

Vega) en insights accionables que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la compañía.

No buscamos solo a alguien que genere gráficas, sino a un perfil capaz de entender el negocio, detectar anomalías y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.

¿Qué funciones vas a realizar?

● Analizar datos operacionales y comerciales para identificar patrones críticos, palancas de crecimiento y oportunidades reales de optimización.

● Formular hipótesis de negocio y validarlas mediante análisis cuantitativos, profundizando en la causalidad de las variables para ir más allá de las simples correlaciones.

● Diseñar y desarrollar Dashboards avanzados, creando soluciones específicas para las áreas de Negocio, Servicio, Productividad, Agentes y Alarmas.

● Configurar sistemas de alertas y alarmas automatizadas sobre KPIs claves para garantizar una capacidad de reacción inmediata.

● Detectar ineficiencias o anomalías operativas y proponer planes de acción concretos fundamentados en evidencias analíticas.

● Participar activamente en el análisis de campañas comerciales y métricas de productividad para facilitar la toma de decisiones de la Dirección.

● Liderar la integración de datos en los sistemas corporativos, asegurando en todo momento su integridad, limpieza y calidad técnica.

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

● Grado en Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería o Estadística.

● Valorable positivamente formación de postgrado en Big Data o Business Analytics.

● Conocimientos Técnicos Imprescindibles: SQL Avanzado y Power BI

● Conocimientos Valorables: manejo de Python o R.

● Contar con entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia como analista de datos.

● Valorable experiencia con Salesforce, CMS Avaya, Azure o el sistema Vega.

● Idiomas: Inglés técnico (capacidad para leer documentación y trabajar en entornos analíticos).

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our team on-site in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within an international fashion brand and gain hands-on experience in wholesale operations, sales support, and global account management. The role has strong long-term potential, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position after an initial period.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Support day-to-day wholesale operations

· Handle communication and follow-up with our international partners

· Coordinate sample shipments and prepare materials for agents during campaign seasons

· Help build and maintain relationships with retailers and agents

· Assist at international trade shows

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Strong communication skills

· Passion for fashion and wholesale

· Comfortable with Excel and basic data management

· Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

· Availability to travel between July and October (London, Copenhagen, Paris)

The role:

This is a fantastic professional opportunity to start your career in finance, participating in decision-making for an internationally present and constantly developing business, with real possibilities for permanent employment. We are looking for a person with an analytical profile, rigorous with information, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Your main responsibilities will include those typical of the department with appropriate supervision.

Your challenge:

• Corporate periodic reporting
• Analysis of key indicators, profitability, and trends
• Preparation of ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Budgeting, planning, and deviation analysis
• Collaborate in the month-end closing process
• Calculation of wholesale prices of new products

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Desirable proficiency in Power BI and/or Power Query
• 3-6 months as an intern working in a finance/management control department performing similar functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to multitask and proactively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, & prioritization skills are a must.

• Proficiency in Excel
