We already work with some of the biggest real estate companies in Spain, and we’re scaling fast. Now, we’re expanding our team in Spain.
The Role
As a Junior Urbanism Product & Data Manager, you’ll be a key part of our Product team, supporting the development and enhancement of snapland’s urbanism-related data and products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to customer success, and help shape how urbanism and spatial data power real estate decisions.

What You’ll Do
Product Development
- Translate user needs into detailed product requirements.
- Assist in creating, testing, and refining urbanism-related data products.
Data & GIS Work
- Collect property, infrastructure, and company registry data from APIs, official portals, and web sources.
- Clean, standardize, and integrate geospatial datasets (WMS/WFS, shapefiles, GeoTIFF, PostGIS) for accurate mapping and analysis.
- Apply GIS techniques to understand land use, urban morphology, transport networks, and spatial relationships.
- Deliver spatial and urbanism insights that support decision-making.
Customer & Project Engagement
- Support customization of snapland’s products for client needs.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring successful adoption.
- Use project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines.

- Experience as a data analyst.
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning (specialized in Urbanism), or related — big plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of urbanism and/or real estate industry.
- GIS experience (WMS/WFS, shapefiles, GeoTIFF, PostGIS).
- Experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with product management and client-facing work.

- Experience with project management tools.
What We Offer
- A dynamic, innovative environment at the intersection of real estate and AI.
- Opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Work with cutting-edge technology shaping the future of real estate intelligence.
- Flexible work arrangements, including remote options.
