Who are we looking for?

We are actively looking for an intern for our Project Management Office to help with the organization of all three segments at the Madrid and Portugal offices.

You will be able to participate in the different steps of the development cycle for all our products in ground, space and user segments. You will work closely with all the engineering departments and make sure all departments are aligned with each other, and the communication is effective managing to meet the stipulated deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist managing flight, ground and user segment projects from planning to engineering and procurement.
• Support the coordination of all tasks necessary for the success of the project, as well as help managing the project budget.
• Work together with the company's local and international team to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Help ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and with quality.
• Assist in creating reports summarizing project progress, issues, and performance metrics.
• Attention to incidents and interventions for the deployment of changes required for project management.

Profile:

• Pursuing Master’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical engineering or similar.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Exceptional organization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects efficiently.

Preferably:

• Demonstrable interest in the space sector.
