Our company is looking for a dynamic HR Director based in Madrid, Spain.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing the company's HR strategy.
• Supporting management in all aspects of human resources.
• Creating and overseeing HR policies and processes.
• Collaborating on development and employer branding projects.
• Working directly with key decision-makers within the company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role within large companies, particularly in HR services or workforce leasing.
• Understands Spanish labor law and regulations.
• Is familiar with current trends and changes in the Spanish labor market.
• Can build and develop a strong partner network (e.g., recruitment agencies, training institutions, universities).
• Has experience in recruitment and HR management.
• Resides in Spain and has legal authorization to work.
• Has a communicative level of both Spanish and English.
