Maritime Operations Trainee, Valencia

At Whale Maritime Spain, we are an established and growing international company within the maritime trading and supply industry, supporting vessels, operators, and partners across multiple countries and regions. Our operations are fast-paced, highly dynamic, and truly global - combining logistics, purchasing, coordination, and operational execution to ensure seamless service worldwide.

We pride ourselves on our strong operational standards, collaborative culture, and hands-on approach. Our team works closely across departments and countries, giving employees exposure to real business decision-making and international operations from day one.

We are now opening an exciting 6-month traineeship with the possibility of a permanent position for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in operations within an international business environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

You will support the local operations team and step in where needed to ensure day-to-day activities continue to run smoothly, so flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset are essential.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
• Valid work permit/visa for Spain (required)
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently and managing tasks
• Positive attitude with a strong winner mindset

Buscamos dos perfiles de Insight Sales Internacional para impulsar nuestro crecimiento en Italia y Francia desde nuestras oficinas de Madrid.

➡️ ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Detectar oportunidades en mercados internacionales y ver dónde podemos crecer más.

-Aportar insights y análisis que nos ayuden a construir propuestas de valor potentes.

-Desarrollar y gestionar distribuidores y clientes B2B.

-Negociar acuerdos comerciales y representar a Thomas en ferias y eventos del sector.

-Coordinarte con marketing, logística y operaciones para que todo fluya.

‼️Este puesto es para ti si tienes…

-Formación en Comercio Internacional, ADE o similar.

-Italiano C1/nativo o francés C1/nativo (se valoran más idiomas, claro 😉).

-Inglés C1.

-Perfil analítico, consultivo y orientado a resultados.

-Experiencia en ventas o desarrollo internacional (se valora, ¡pero no es imprescindible!).

-Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente.
