Role Description

At Event-One, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Valencia office. In this role, fluency in German is mandatory, as you will be coordinating with German-speaking clients and suppliers on a daily basis. You will ensure that every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You will plan, organize, and oversee resources and tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

Essential:

- Solid experience in project management and logistics

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Languages: business fluent in German, fluent in Spanish and English

- Knowledge of Spanish & German culture

Nice to have:

- Experience in expediting and inspections

- Experience in the event planning industry
