Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for combining technical proficiency with creative design skills to bring entertainment and design concepts to life. This role is for a creative architect, with good technical knowledge and will help to the technical team to create and develop projects of different types and scales.

Your role will be to be involve in all stages of the project, from Concept Design, Schematic and Detail Design, also you will need to collaborate with the Creative Department., ensuring alignment with design specifications and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team, master planners, architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
• Develop and contribute to the conceptualization of entertainment designs and spaces.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency of 3D rendering software (Lumion, Unreal, Enscape, 3D max)
• Proficiency of BIM modeling will be highly appreciated (Revit)
• Ensure that design concepts align with technical specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate structural, engineering, and other technical aspects into the design process.
• Apply knowledge of materials, lighting, and textures to enhance the design
• Work closely with master planners, architects, and other team members to coordinate the designs into the overall project timeline.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the design and construction phases, if needed
• Address client concerns and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Implement new technologies and trends to enhance the quality and efficiency of design processes.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications / certifications

• Proficiency in computer-aided design and visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, etc.).
• Knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Portfolio showcasing entertainment projects

Prior experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or 3D Designer, preferably in a creative design studio setting.

Other skills (preferred)

• Technical proficiency in BIM modeling (Revit, Grashopper, etc…)
• Creativity and a strong design aesthetic.
• Collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
• Client presentation and communication skills.
