Fenix Aerospace is establishing a new ASA-100 compliant warehouse in Madrid and is looking

for a Warehouse Manager to lead and develop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse daily operations (receiving, inspection, storage, shipping)
• Manage and guide the receiving/shipping inspection team
• Ensure continued ASA-100 compliance, including but not limited to company policies,

safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support ISO 9001:2015 aligned processes
• Oversee traceability and documentation requirements
• Perform hands-on tasks whenever required
• Key contact person for everything Warehouse and Logistics related for the entire Management, Sales and Purchasing team
• Lead and support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) operations, ensuring immediate response, accurate processing, and rapid shipment of critical aircraft components
• Collaborate with transport, logistics, couriers and customer service teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain high accuracy under time pressure, balancing urgency with strict traceability

and documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachillerato or FP de Grado Medio/Superior.
• Valid forklift operator (Carnet de carretillero) certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Proven experience in warehouse leadership
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP/WMS experience
• English required, Spanish preferred
• Commitment to continuous learning and participation in technical and quality-related training Aviation experience is a plus
