Purpose

The Social Media Content Creator will work as part of a creative team to come up with ideas, shoot and edit them, as well as optimize video content tailored for different social media platforms. You should have a deep understanding of the unique requirements and styles suitable for each platform and be able to work creatively within those frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, technical skills, and the flexibility to edit videos on mobile devices and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Think, develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
• Work in collaboration with the social media creative team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video content and incorporate them into your work.
• Optimize videos for each platform’s specifications and best practices.
• Determine the best way to bring the ideas and concepts to another level visually.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator or an audiovisual creative for social media.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.
• Proficiency in new and emerging editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, and others to enhance content production and streamline the editing process
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Experience with graphic design, motion graphics and knowledge on basic animation techniques is a BIG plus.
