At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager – M&A Integration in Madrid to join a leading global technology company in the travel industry.

💪 Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, driving and executing the post-merger integration of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and synergy targets.

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs across corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).
• Define and execute integration strategies, operating models and Day 1 to Day 100 plans.
• Establish and run integration governance (Steering Committees, KPIs, RAID, reporting).
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear decision-making and execution.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Drive change management, communication and cultural integration in multinational environments.

👀 Who are you?

• Proven experience leading M&A / Post-Merger Integration programs in complex, international environments.
• Strong background in Program Management / Integration PMO, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT) and business teams (Product, Commercial, Operations).
• Solid change management and communication skills, with experience in cultural integration.
• Fluent English is mandatory; experience in multinational and multicultural organizations is essential.
