The project!
As a Planning and Controlling Intern, you will provide reporting and analytical support to the Retail Product Merchandising team for Full Price and Outlet in the planning areas, to help stores achieve their sales targets.
What will the role entail?
- Extract and analyze weekly reports on sales performance, daily sales, and stock levels.
- Maintain and update store catalogs (Full Price and Outlet) and pricing databases.
- Support the planning and execution of promotions and markdowns, including list preparation and performance analysis.
- Assist in campaign planning analysis, covering pricing, discounts, margins, and overall efficiency.
- Monitor store stock levels to identify potential shortages or overstock situations and trigger necessary actions.
- Contribute to the selection and buying process for new collections and maintain store capacity and fixture data for accurate stock planning

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Languages: high Spanish and English (min. C1) is a must. Any other languages are a big plus.
- IT Skills: high Level of Excel, advanced level of other MS Office applications. Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
