Your Tasks & responsabilites:
- Responsible for proactively identifying and developing long term peer-to-peer relationships with TLs and other relevant stakeholders.
- Delivers meaningful medical and scientific discussions, presentations, data exchange and education.
- Responsible for driving field medical activity and collating and sharing relevant strategic insights.
- Responsible for scientific, healthcare professional engagement at relevant local meetings and congresses and organizing advisory boards.
- Responsible for driving medical strategy by translating the local medical plan into implementable TL engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible and accountable for providing medical support on internal projects e.g. pre-launch activities, reimbursement processes, dossier development, commercial campaigns etc.
- Responsible for providing scientific education and training to cross-functional partners (e.g. Sales and Marketing) on product data, Radiology Suite knowledge.
- Responsible and accountable for scientifically reviewing and approving all Radiology related materials, external communications and advising cross-functionally using medical/scientific expertise.
- Responsible for documenting and processing medical Information queries in alignment with local Medical Information handling procedures.
- Strong scientific/ medical background. Qualified Physician / Pharmacist / high level of natural science education.
- Desirable to have previous work experience in Radiology or Medical Device business.
- Previous experience of being a Medical Scientific Liaison and/or Advisor in industry or other Medical Department’s roles at least 3 years.
- Strong skills in managing stakeholders and experienced in building networks.
- Business Acumen displaying ability to operate cross-functionally, driving organizational growth, understanding of marketing/sales functions in pharma industry.
- Prioritization and goal-oriented work in the interests of the company.
- High willingness to travel, as the area of responsibility will be in Spain and Portugal.
- Very good knowledge of English and Spanish.
- Exhibits behaviours in line with Bayer values.
