Proposito de la posición:
Dentro del equipo de negocio del área de oftalmología y reportando al Gerente Regional de ventas, el candidato será el responsable de definir y ejecutar el plan en el territorio asignado mediante el desarrollo de relaciones sólidas en el tiempo, basadas en la confianza, la transparencia y la ética, con todos los profesionales clínicos que interactúan directamente con el paciente. Para ello deberá entender las necesidades del ecosistema sanitario que forman, y colaborar con ellos para buscar y co-crear soluciones de valor para todos los implicados en el mismo, asegurando así la consecución de los objetivos definidos, tanto a corto como a medio plazo en la zona de responsabilidad.
Principales responsabilidades:

- Identificar y priorizar los profesionales clínicos que intervienen en la atención del paciente oftalmológico, en especial con patologías de retina, , y asegurar que todos ellos conocen y comprenden el valor de las soluciones que Bayer pone a disposición de sus pacientes, de una forma continuada mediante discusiones científicas y formativas.
- Identificar y cocrear con los clientes, proyectos de valor añadido para el sistema, mediante la implicación crossfuncional que sea necesaria, y gestionando adecuadamente el presupuesto asignado.
- Definir y liderar los planes de cuentas y planes tácticos detallados, alineados con el marco definido en los Planes de Negocio Nacionales, y en estrecho trabajo cross-funcional con el equipo regional de la zona, especialmente con el equipo MSL y el equipo RAM garantizando la excelencia de las acciones definidas.
- Profundo análisis de la situación de su territorio, entender los procesos y las redes de toma de decisiones en las cuentas de su responsabilidad, y cómo se relacionan entre si sus diferentes clientes, para generar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración, de negocio y la generación de proyectos de valor añadido para los clientes y para la Compañía.
- Actualización constante de sus conocimientos sobre las patologías relacionadas con las marcas en promoción; profundo conocimiento de los productos, datos clínicos, experiencia en vida real, principales competidores y manejo fluido de los mensajes clave diferenciadores de sus marcas.
- Consecución de los objetivos y resultados de ventas de su territorio para las marcas que lidera.
- Identifica a los clientes clave que intervienen en mejorar la vida de los pacientes y elabora con ellos una colaboración que beneficia al paciente, al profesional sanitario y a Bayer.
- Lidera la consecución de los resultados de la zona asignada, contribuyendo a la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía e identifica nuevas oportunidades
- Provee a los clientes de valor añadido mediante información y servicios que ayudan a diferenciar los productos de Bayer de los de los competidores.

Qualificaciones y requisitos:
REQUISITOS:
- Licenciado / diplomado preferiblemente en Ciencias de la salud, Empresariales, Económicas, ADE, Marketing o similar.
- Preferiblemente 3 años de experiencia en interacción con Profesionales sanitarios del ámbito hospitalario y de gestión de cuentas, con éxitos y logros claramente demostrables.
- Se valorará experiencia en el área de oftalmología
- Buen manejo de programas informáticos de Microsoft Office
- Inglés, hablado y escrito a nivel medio.
- Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores
- Se valorará formación de postgrado en gestión, MBA, Marketing Farmacéutico, etc.
- Demostrada orientación al logro resultados y clara orientación al cliente.
- Alta capacidad de análisis.
- Alta capacidad de comunicación técnico-científica
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos y alianzas estratégicas con clientes e instituciones.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo por objetivos comunes.
- Dotes de persuasión y asertividad.
- Espíritu emprendedor, desarrollando una cultura de experimentación y aprendizaje.
- Cómodo integrando nuevas tecnologías de comunicación digital con cliente de forma remota y virtual

Expert Country Partner
Major tasks and responsabilities:
Acts as a main point of contact for stakeholders and users per country (- group) representing Source to Pay and Procurement.
- Act as S2P Partner connecting business inquiries and take up management escalation for proper solution within the Procurement operation model.
- Make usage of language capabilities to communicate towards country users or external suppliers.
- Ensure that local legal requirements and regulations are considered in the respective Contract to Pay Processes. Define, maintain, and monitor Country specifics, foster standardized processes in the country (-group) and initiate process adjustment based on local rules and regulations.
- Ensure close collaboration with other Country Partners, Source to Pay capabilities and other Procurement Areas to look for synergies
- Provide procurement support for Country Organization like local audit coordination and cross functional projects, be responsible for communication with local authorities and provide on-site and language support for incident management.
- Provide country (-group) insights for S2P Operations and Procurement Areas based on data analytics and user feedback.
- Constantly puts stakeholders in the center of all the actions and initiatives to improve user experience.
- Actively engage in projects implementation and deliver timely change management communications and training for stakeholders across the country (-group).

- Ensure value delivery by providing innovative solutions in S2P process to improve business users' experience. Engages, coordinates, or leads country (-group) process initiatives in relation to E2E processes.
