BRM Labs is a small venture & consulting studio that supports companies and educational institutions with digital marketing and tech solutions. In addition to offering consulting services, BRM Labs is actively involved in developing its own consumer apps and real estate technology projects.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madrid for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing online communities, engaging with users, and creating content for social media platforms. Tasks will include monitoring social media channels, responding to user inquiries, organizing community events, and developing strategies to grow and nurture online communities.

• Experience in community management, social media management, and online community engagement
• Strong content creation and digital marketing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
• Experience in the tech or real estate industry is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
