What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms Support full-funnel performance strategy (awareness conversion) Manage budgets and track KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging & formats Work closely with content and design teams for high-performing creatives

Deliver clear performance insights and optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience running live paid campaigns (even small budgets) Strong analytical mindset with performance focus Understanding of ad dashboards, tracking, and reporting logic Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup

Interest in education, e-learning, or service-based growth models (plus)
