Position: Technical Support Specialist (Contractor)

Job location: Madrid, Spain

Main Responsibilities

• Responsibility Offline Technical support:

o Daily Technical support to Service Center

o Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases

o Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement

o Technical onsite visit in ASC

• Technical Support Call Center:

o Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ

o Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team

• Technical and product training

o Technical and repair training to ASC

o Product training to ASC and Call Center

• Product VOC monitoring and reporting

Capacity & Skill Requirement

• Languages required: Spanish (Native), English (Fluent), Portuguese (Nice to have)
• Good excel skills (i.e.: vlookup, pivot table, etc…)
• Good technical skills and interest in Consumer electronics products
• Analytic and logic approach
• Project management mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Preferably having experience in Technical support, Service or Training businesses
• Proactive problem solving attitude
• Customer management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attitude in team working
