The Major Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. Your Impact
- As a Major Account Manager, you will drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles and work with our internal partners and teams to best serve the customer
- Your consultative selling experience will identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and our customers in Industry & Media Market
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks solutions
- Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plan

Your Experience
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry - SASE technology is preferred
- Preferred customer sales experience in Industry & Media Market
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions
- Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process

The Solutions Consultant Manager is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineer Manager role, aligning how we lead teams to best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks.
As our Solutions Consultant Manager, you are the technical leader for your District Solutions Consulting team. We are the Procurement team for electromechanical parts within the Large Format Printing Business and 3D Business (aka LFP & 3D). We take care of direct materials procurement, and our deliverables are directly linked with the parts specifications, availability and suitability for all our needs.
PPSC is the acronym for the whole HP Procurement team and concerns the supply chain inbound.
Main Responsibilities
- Support PPSC Large Format Printing and 3D EMECH team in the development of analysis tools to support Printed Circuit Assembly industrialization, design, and production.
- Focus in the spend analytics, tracking and impact analysis for the various Manufacturer Partners.
- Help the PPSC senior engineers with the different guidelines to be developed, maintained and communication WITH R&D and Operations Communities.
- Be part of the PPSC electronics team, working closely to RD and operations to optimize Electronics design in terms of EE components selection, and cost analysis
- Develop the data analysis layer for tracking Quality Data to improve industrialization activities, test coverage and faster TAT for corrective actions.
- Fourth-year student, as well as master’s, currently enrolled in electronics or industrial engineering. Other related disciplines may be acceptable, depending on the technical knowledge. Academic agreement is required. Interest in Data Mining and Big Data would be a plus.
- Tools needed: MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Power BI. Knowledge in coding would be a plus.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills: ability to analyze data and interpret it accurately to get conclusions.
- Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality: Capacity and eagerness to learn quickly new tools, processes, methods, etc.
- Autonomous and self-sufficient person: availability to work on your own and take risks on decisions and new solutions that need to be created.
- Fluent in English.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to support the
operation, monitoring, and escalation processes of global enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will
have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex network environments, ensuring availability, performance,
and security across hybrid and cloud infrastructures.
This position focuses on proactive monitoring, incident resolution, performance tuning, and support of next-
generation networking technologies in both traditional and cloud environments. The engineer will also contribute to
planning, implementing, and optimizing network services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the performance and health of enterprise networks and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely
manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across data centers, cloud platforms, and branch locations.
• Analyze trends and identify patterns to proactively prevent future incidents.
• Manage and escalate network incidents and coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors.
• Support change and configuration management processes across the network infrastructure.
• Provide administration and support for VoIP, LAN, WLAN, and VPN services.
• Implement and support cloud networking services in AWS and Azure.
• Participate in the rollout of SASE technologies, such as Netskope, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Maintain DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery, including network migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incidents.
Required Skills & Technologies
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, and firewall administration (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
• Proven experience with VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP systems.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS and/or Azure).
• Experience with SASE frameworks, especially Netskope, is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with wireless network troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience coordinating with ISPs and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC or Network Engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model and respond to critical network events.
