Role Description

This is a volunteer on-site role located in Olius for the position of Volunteer Diplomat. The Volunteer Diplomat will engage in youth-centered outreach, represent the Network in discussions, support cultural exchange initiatives, and contribute to policy planning. Responsibilities also include organizing training sessions, participating in diplomatic events, and collaboratively working on the network's mission to strengthen integration and cooperation among member states.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Diplomacy and understanding of Politics
• Skills in Public Speaking and Training
• Experience in Nonprofit Organizations, including managing projects and programs effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Strong knowledge of cultural exchange frameworks and international relations
• Relevant academic background or practical experience in related fields, such as International Relations, Political Science, or Social Sciences, is a plus
