What are we looking for?

We are looking for an IT Support INTERN to join our Tech Department.

This internship offers a great opportunity for a student interested in technology and systems administration to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and international environment.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • User support: Assist in resolving common technical issues (email, Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, video conferencing, etc.).
  • Ticket management: Register and prioritize incidents, escalating when needed.
  • Device management: Support in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and mobile devices.
  • Systems administration: Assist in user account management, access control, and basic administration of Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, or MDM tools under supervision.
  • Network and office support: Help ensure proper connectivity, equipment setup, and maintenance in the office environment.
  • Documentation: Collaborate in updating guides, inventories, and the internal knowledge base.


The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently enrolled in a FP or a Vocational Training degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Interest in IT support and systems administration.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and productivity tools (Google Workspace).
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • Intermediate English level (B2 Minimum)

What do we offer?

  • Remuneration: €400–500 gross per month.
  • Hybrid format: office + remote.
  • 20–25 hour workweek under an Internship Agreement (Monday to Friday).
