Your Career Opportunity
In this exciting career opportunity, you'll work full-time from home on a temporary contract covering a maternity leave. You'll report to both the Head of Talent and the Head of People Support.
In this role, you will have the chance to positively impact our culture and team member experience by managing not only day-to-day administrative and financial tasks but also assist with company-wide community events and internal processes which support our multi-cultural team around the world.Your key responsabilities will include:
- Organize and schedule meetings, manage office and supply purchases, handle invoices and deliveries, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, manage shared email accounts and switchboard calls, and oversee hot desk and meeting room reservations across regions.
- Support the implementation of culture and community initiatives, assist with company events, meetups, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, surveys, and employee-related documentation.
- Contribute to planning, setting up, and supporting Learning & Development initiatives that enhance professional growth and team motivation.
- Support initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion, and assist with departmental data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced profiency in both of English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent critical thinking and solution-oriented abilities, ensuring effective outcomes and continuous improvement
- Demonstrates courtesy, kindness, and sensitivity, fostering positive relationships in multicultural environments
