We're looking for an Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid!

How You'll Be Hosting With Heart

• You will be responsible for our properties in a specific Spanish region and make sure that our daily operations run smoothly by coordinating with our local service providers, and visiting the properties also when needed.
• You guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new ones.
• You make sure the high-quality standards of our limehomes in all of our suite locations are met and you will even be visiting our beautiful properties on-site.
• You are linking our team & our partners and establishing a strong relationship with our suppliers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance…) to ensure smooth operations for all limehomes.
• You work closely with our Operations Manager and all relevant stakeholders to improve our operations at limehome.
  
  

Job requirements

What You Need To Shoot For The Stars

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality or related fields and would be available for a full-time position with us in Madrid.
• You have good Microsoft Excel skills as well as very high Spanish and English skills, Portuguese is a plus.
• You have the ability to organize projects, appointments, and are a team player.
• You take ownership, love to tackle challenges and issues and keep cool in stressful situations.
• You structure your work individually and love to use your analytical capabilities.
• Your motto is "Nothing is impossible"! You are hands-on and approach things pragmatically and every challenge in a results-oriented way.
