As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Social Media Community Manager to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing our online communities, ensuring a premium client and follower experience that reflects the values of our brand.
You will work closely with the Content & PR Manager and the wider marketing team to drive engagement, support lead generation, and strengthen the brand’s reputation across all social media channels.

Your Role
Content Coordination & Publishing
- Collaborate with the Content Team to schedule and publish approved content (10 local offices + global brand/HR).
- Collaborate with Content Team to produce and adapt content for social media channels
- Ensure messaging aligns with the premium positioning of the brand and meets local office needs.
- Support local offices in adapting and optimizing content for their audiences.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media accounts (10 local offices + global brand/HR).
- Build strong, positive relationships with followers, clients, and prospects, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
- Manage reputation by identifying and escalating sensitive issues.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement, growth, and sentiment across channels.
- Provide feedback and insights to refine community management strategies.
Brand Advocacy & Consistency
- Act as the voice of the brand across all digital communities, ensuring a consistent tone and style.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to enhance our brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media communities across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a refined, client-first approach.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows simultaneously.
- Understanding of premium brand positioning and client expectations.
