How You’ll Make An Impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion across Southern Europe.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients in healthcare and educational sectors.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide tailored digital solutions by diagnosing client needs and offering impactful strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to position McGraw Hill as a trusted advisor.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, corporate sales, and B2B environments.
  • Expertise in international account management and strategic account growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver tailored digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to work autonomously.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare and educational environments.
  • Familiarity with digital business models and public speaking.
  • Background in training and personnel development.

What To Expect From The Position

  • Travel: 35-40% travel within Southern Europe (travel allowance included).
  • Remote Position: Flexibility to work from home while maintaining strong client engagement.
