Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning & Development team. This junior role is ideal for someone passionate about talent development and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be part of a young team and actively contribute to key learning and development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and management of the new LMS platform, including content upload, usage tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the identification of training needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Manage communication with training providers, including requesting proposals, coordinating logistics, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Ensure high standards of quality in both internal and external training through content review, participant feedback, and learning KPIs.
  • Participate in the coordination of cross training programs.
  • Contribute to the internal communication of learning and development initiatives, ensuring and engaging and consistent employee experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Labour Relations or related fields.
  • Previous experience or internship in human resources.
  • Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
