We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will relentlessly drive:
- Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets and driving exponential growth. Your proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within the European market, must demonstrate quantifiable, impressive impact.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that capture significant market share across new and existing territories. This includes optimizing sales funnels, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition models with surgical precision.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships that accelerate market penetration and revenue growth. Leverage an existing powerful network within the HVAC, plumbing, or adjacent industries to drive transformative outcomes.
- Data-Driven Commercial Excellence: Operate within a high-resolution, metric-driven ecosystem, fixated on commercial execution, rapid iteration, and achieving tangible, transformative revenue outcomes. We demand results, not just process management.
- Agile Leadership in Ambiguity: Thrive amidst the inherent dynamism of an early-stage startup, demonstrating an unparalleled ability to rapidly organize, prioritize, and execute on multiple high-stakes commercial demands.
- Organizational Architect: A demonstrated history of leading and scaling commercial organizations of 25+ professionals, meticulously designing scalable sales structures, optimizing sales processes, and cultivating an unyielding high-performance sales culture.
We require an executive who has:
- Held senior commercial leadership roles in the SaaS industry, ideally with relevant experience digitalizing traditional B2B service businesses.
- A proven, undeniable track record of scaling product companies and revenue, ideally across multiple international territories, specifically within Europe.
- Uncompromising fluency in English and Spanish, with additional mastery of French or other major European languages being a significant strategic advantage.
