Job Description:
As an International Recruiter at Recruit4Work, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in a variety of positions across different industries and locations in Europe. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills, networking abilities, and a keen eye for talent to match candidates with the perfect opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles and industries.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based recruitment targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential; fluency in a third language is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
