As a Lifestyle Experience Specialist, you will be the architect of extraordinary moments. You will design, plan, and execute bespoke experiences that align with our clients’ interests, preferences, and aspirations. This is more than a service role—it’s about creating memories that last a lifetime.

As a Lifestyle Experience Specialist, you will be the architect of extraordinary moments. You will design, plan, and execute bespoke experiences that align with our clients’ interests, preferences, and aspirations. This is more than a service role—it’s about creating memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, hobbies, and interests, translating insights into curated experiences.
- Research and develop unique experiences spanning travel, wellness, entertainment, dining, and cultural activities.
- Coordinate logistics, bookings, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain a network of high-quality partners, venues, and service providers.
- Deliver exceptional client service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Stay ahead of trends in lifestyle, travel, and entertainment to continuously innovate offerings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; natural relationship-builder.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel planning, event management, or luxury services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client experiences simultaneously.
- Passion for crafting extraordinary moments and exceeding client expectations.
