The Regional Online Manager EMEA leads Bobbi Brown and Too Faced’s Brand.com and

E-Retail performance across the region, with full ownership of the online strategy and

commercial results. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to

anticipate risks, unlock growth opportunities, and activate additional levers when

performance is at risk or when new opportunities arise. You will balance Bobbi Brown’s

premium artistry-driven positioning with Too Faced’s bold, playful identity - ensuring each

brand thrives in a fast-paced, competitive digital environment

Key Responsibilities

Brand.com – EMEA

  • Lead the EMEA Brand.com business for Bobbi Brown and Too Faced, acting as the

online regional reference point for both brands.

  • Own budgets, estimates, forecasts, financial performance, and product visibility

across all Brand.com markets.

  • Define and deploy the EMEA Brand.com strategy, aligned with Global and

regional priorities.

  • Build and oversee Brand.com marketing plans that fully support commercial targets

and reflect each brand’s unique DNA.

  • Ensure a premium, brand-right UX for both brands, while enabling local market

adaptation where relevant.

  • Drive the regional paid media strategy within agreed budgets to support traffic,

conversion, and efficient acquisition with support of Adonis paid media team and

regional team.

  • Prioritize organic growth through SEO, content optimization, and continuous UX

improvements (collaborate with Growth Hacking team where needed).

  • Lead CRM and database growth with specialists, ensuring programs evolve to

support retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.

  • Develop commercial and gifting mechanics that elevate brand equity—Bobbi

Brown’s luxury artistry and Too Faced’s playful, trend-driven personality—while

driving revenue.

  • Identify and activate incremental business opportunities when needed, such as:
  • Adjusting media, CRM, or promotional mechanics if forecasts are at risk
  • Leveraging additional traffic or conversion levers during key trading

moments

  • Proposing new initiatives to close performance gaps
  • Own and deliver monthly business reviews (MBR), reporting performance and key

insights to Global, regional, and brand teams.

E-Retail/PP – EMEA

  • Act as the regional manager for E-Retail across both brands, working closely with

all EMEA markets.

  • Provide markets with guidance, frameworks, and materials needed to perform and

elevate brand presence.

  • Actively challenge partners and markets to:
  • Secure stronger visibility
  • Amplify key brand and commercial campaigns
  • Ensure major brand moments, hero franchises, and new launches are consistently

activated across all e-retailers and Pure Players.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partners, including enhanced

merchandising, improved visibility, and expanded assortment.

  • Support and guide affiliates on the launch of new e-doors (Bobbi Brown only; Too

Faced does not operate through affiliates in EMEA).

  • For Too Faced: collaborate closely with the EMEA e-Key Account Managers based

in Paris, who lead the e-retail and pure-play business, ensuring alignment on

strategy, visibility, and commercial priorities.

3PP, TikTok Shop – EMEA

  • Oversee the Too Faced TikTok Shop business in partnership with the external

agency, ensuring strong commercial performance, brand-right execution, and

Alignment With Regional Priorities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with the agency
  • Review and optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional mechanics
  • Ensure content, creator activations, and livestreams reflect Too Faced’s

brand identity

  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to scale
  • Monitor paid media with agency and EMEA Paid media team
  • For Too Faced: operate exclusively with Global and EMEA teams, as the brand

does not have local affiliates in the region.

Profile

Proven experience in regional e-commerce or digital roles, ideally within beauty,

premium, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to manage two distinct

brand identities.

  • Highly analytical, with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of paid media, SEO, CRM, UX, online merchandising, and

social commerce.

  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms is a strong

advantage.

  • Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced

environments.

  • Strong sensitivity to brand equity, storytelling, and customer experience
