Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring smooth coordination between Product team, Project Managers, Furnishing, Sales, and Finance teams.

Your mission is to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at weVLC quality standards.

Examples of what you will take on:

• Lead and oversee all project transformations, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.
• Supervise Project Managers — assign projects, conduct 1:1s, review progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient execution.
• Define project prioritization in collaboration with the leadership team, balancing workload, timelines, and business priorities.
• Ensure project performance — deliver projects on time, within budget, and with targeted profit margins.
• Support problem-solving on construction sites, addressing technical, logistical, and operational challenges as they arise.
• Participate in contractor selection and negotiation for key or strategic projects.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to monitor budgets, track cash flow, and prepare investor reports.
• Maintain communication with key investors, providing updates and responding to project-specific inquiries.
