Assists Technical Leader with any work that needs to be completed.Key Responsibilities:Disassemble aircraft components following AMMs & IPCs.Ensure all components are properly documented and labelled.Identify damaged components and raise issues as needed.Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and customer expectations.Key Requirements:Experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Team player with excellent hand skills and physical fitness.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Professional, proactive attitude with excellent timekeeping.We're looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success.
