About the role:
By joining our Northern Europe team (France, Benelux & DACH), you'll be entering a vibrant and well-established market where bsport already leads the way. But we’re not stopping there—we’re on the lookout for curious, creative thinkers who are ready to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help us take our success to even greater heights!
What will be your impact:
- Showcase clear and engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from demo to close, guiding clients smoothly from demo to close for an efficient client experience.
- Be a key partner for SDRs in driving lead quality, while collaborating closely with Account Managers to ensure a flawless and impactful client handover post-signing.
- Share valuable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align with client needs.
- Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence across Northern Europe.
- Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced startup, with an SDR/BDR background and product demo skills.
- A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, abd ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
- Collaborative mindset to ensure the platform’s success with clients and across internal teams.
- Have native level in Dutch and proficiency in English.

We believe design will be our key differentiator against incumbents and point solutions. To get there, we’re hiring a Head of Design to elevate design into a strategic pillar of the company.
About the role:
The Head of Design will lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of 5 Product Designers, 1 UX Researcher, and 1 Content Designer. You will co-own brand and marketing design with the CMO, and be a key stakeholder in shaping product strategy with the CPO.
This role is about much more than visual polish: you will make design a lever for product differentiation, customer adoption, and market leadership. You’ll create the systems, org, and culture that allow bsport to scale design impact from €30M ARR to €100M ARR.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Strategy
- Define and champion a design vision that sets bsport apart in a crowded market.
- Be a key stakeholder in product strategy, ensuring customer insight and usability drive roadmap decisions.
- Partner with the CMO to align product and brand experiences into one coherent identity.
- Leadership & Org Building
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, researchers, and content specialists.
- Scale the org: hire design managers and senior ICs as we expand.
- Build a culture of craft, collaboration, and customer empathy across teams.
- Customer Insight & Research
- Own and scale the research practice to deeply understand customer needs and workflows.
- Translate insights into design strategies that simplify complex problems and drive adoption.
- Design Systems & Operational Excellence
- Establish scalable design systems and processes that ensure consistency and speed.
- Implement metrics and frameworks to measure design impact on product outcomes and business growth.
- Cross-Company Influence
- Co-own brand design with Marketing to ensure every touchpoint — from product to sales collateral — reinforces bsport’s identity.
- Influence the entire customer journey by embedding design thinking into onboarding, support, and GTM motions.
- Proven experience leading design in a high-growth SaaS company where design was at the heart of the Product success (ideally B2B or marketplace-style).
- Track record of scaling design teams from single digits to 15+ across disciplines.
- Strong design craft in product and interaction design, paired with systems thinking.
- Experience collaborating with executive peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Comfort switching between hands-on design guidance and executive-level leadership.
- Passion for turning complexity into simplicity for end-users.
- Direct impact on bsport’s growth trajectory from €14M → €30M → €100M ARR.
