The Role:
- Source, qualify, and enrich leads across UKI market to keep our CRM accurate and insightful.
- Maintain and optimize data in HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, ensuring a clean and reliable sales pipeline.

We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst – Intern to join bsport’s Finance & Strategy team and actively contribute to the financial steering of a fast-growing SaaS company.
You will work closely with the finance team and business teams to analyze performance, improve financial reporting and forecasting processes, and support decision-making.
What will be your impact:
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Contribute to monthly closing and management reporting (P&L, SaaS KPIs, revenue, costs, margins, cash, etc.).
- Explain variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, and produce clear, actionable insights.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools for management and teams.
- Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and reforecast cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses used for decision-making.
- Help improve the robustness, scalability, and business relevance of forecasts.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, including automation and AI-driven use cases.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of finance processes in our internal knowledge base.
- Work closely with business teams to collect data, challenge assumptions, and understand key business drivers.
- Support investment and prioritization discussions with data-backed analysis.
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Finance, Business, or a related field (gap year or final-year internship).
- Prior experience in finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with data and BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
- Well-organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.

What your future position looks like:
- You will play a role in the design and development of our solution, on both functionally and technically sides.
- Your toolset will include Django (Python 3.11), React (Js and Native), PostgreSQL15, DynamoDB, Redis and more.
- Producing top-notch code for our back office will be a key responsibility.
- You'll also actively participate in defining and implementing new features within the development team.
Our stack is fully automated with push-to-deploy on both frontend and backend. We use Kubernetes and AWS, and our CI is self-hosted. Our methodology is based on agile principles, with weekly releases to production and staging to iterate, gather feedback, and drive progress.
