Olleco Bunge está buscando un/a Técnico/a de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad para unirse a nuestro equipo en Andalucía o el País Vasco. La contratación se realizará a través de las entidades legales locales de Olleco Bunge.

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO

Proporcionar un servicio integral de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente al negocio y garantizar el cumplimiento de toda la legislación aplicable. Implementar y mantener sistemas y procesos que aseguren el desempeño de la empresa en materia de Seguridad y Salud (H&S), cumplimiento medioambiental y mejora continua. Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de las normas ISO 45001, ISO 14001 e ISO 9001.

POSICIÓN EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN

El puesto está orientado a apoyar a la dirección local y al equipo SHEQ España, formando parte también del equipo más amplio de Olleco UK en el desarrollo de los estándares SHEQ.

Reporta al Responsable Regional SHEQ – España y debe ser una persona colaborativa, comprometida con el éxito del resto del equipo SHEQ.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Garantizar que todas las interacciones se realicen de manera profesional y respetuosa.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

• Impulsar el cambio cultural en SHEQ.
• Apoyar la implantación de los Sistemas de Gestión SHEQ del grupo en las áreas bajo su responsabilidad.
• Mejorar y mantener los Sistemas de Gestión SHEQ.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y de los requisitos del sistema de gestión.
• Garantizar la realización periódica de auditorías y la implementación de acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
• Llevar a cabo investigaciones de incidentes y asegurar el seguimiento de acciones de mejora.
• Apoyar auditorías externas (acreditaciones ISO y otras partes interesadas).
• Garantizar que todas las tareas se realicen de forma segura y reportar cualquier cuasi accidente, riesgo o incidente real.
• Señalar cualquier práctica insegura tanto a la persona implicada como a los responsables del área.
• Impartir formación SHEQ en el centro de trabajo a todos los niveles de la organización.
• Apoyar al Comité SHE.

CUALIFICACIONES

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia, preferiblemente en los sectores de residuos y logística.
• Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y/o Control Ambiental o equivalente.
• Conocimiento de la normativa SHE.
• Nivel fluido de español y al menos nivel B2 de inglés.
• Permiso de conducir en España.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de análisis y elaboración de informes.
• Habilidades de formación y desarrollo.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduates with 0-2 years of previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical Engineering education considered: Reliability & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Process Engineering, Chemical, Project Management, Quality, Food, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Sciences.
• Enthusiasts with an international attitude eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A good level of English language skills is required. Local languages may be required in some locations.
