Your Role:
As the Program and Student Services Coordinator you will support students throughout their programs, from logistics to cultural integration, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. The Program and Student Services Coordinator position involves administrative tasks such as managing program materials and handling student accommodation issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing information and resources.
- Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events.
- Assist with student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate their new environment.
- Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications.
- Support housing maintenance and assist with student accommodations in collaboration with the Housing Coordinator.
- Maintain records using Salesforce and contribute to improvement strategies.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with external vendors.
- Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support.
- Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with students, particularly international students.
- Experience of housing coordination
- Ability to work with diverse identities.
- Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local culture, history, business practices, and academic environment.
- Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system
- Authorization to work in the location of the role.
