Responsibilities
As our Engineering Manager you are responsible for creating and managing the engineering and installation projects in the Engineering department and to guarantee that health, safety, and environment variables are integrated into engineering management. You will also inform the teams and the organization about the specific scorecard.
Your main focus:
- Establish the base for the project management.
- Plant CAPEX control, prioritization and forecast.
- Establish and follow the procedures used for CAPEX prioritization.
- Create global engineering project practices and guidelines.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environment are integrated into engineering practices.
- Standard CQV procedures creation. Integrate them into the project procedures.
- Identify the possible synergies in terms of engineering management in the plant and propose methods to take advantage of them.
- Multidisciplinary problem-solving group creation, leading and participation. Use and transmit to the organization problem-solving techniques.
- Train technicians in project management established procedures.
- Represents the Engineering department in de absence of the Engineering Director.
- Activities development regarding savings on resources, energy and plant supply needs.
- Will participate in the new initiatives FMEA analysis anticipating each topic to be taken into account during de change parts design phase.
- Analyse machinability for new product proposals and suggest line allocation.
- Support innovation team for change parts design & validation.
- During testing and commissioning phase of different formats, will analyse and countermeasure all appeared incidents.
- Ensure on-time execution of allocated task during LT & CR
- Owner of corresponding actions from FMEA, LT, or CR
- Ensure complete documentation delivery (Setting cards, handbooks, etc)
- Create training packages & conduct training sessions needed to operational team to warranty the correct performance of the projects on the line.
- Design and implementation of solutions to respond different technical requirements focused in improving operations result or increasing / improving machines capabilities.
- Can be required his participation designing or improving the layouts for production lines.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to manage multidisciplinary projects and teams. As a/an experienced Engineering Manager, you are methodical, supportive and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Engineering degree (Industrial, design or mechanical)
- Demonstrated experience in deep equipment technical know-how in all the processes at site. Experience in production is highly appreciated, related industries: Food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or chemical.
- Experience in Inventor and AutoCad, and other computer tools like MS Office.
- Vision of both bulk Manufacturing and Filling Operations, including processes, equipment, and utilities in the PU.
- Knowledge of the QA and GCM guidelines in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in industrialization processes for new formulas/products.
- Knowledge of RM & TQM basics.
- Familiarity in Financials such us investment analysis, projects cost control and actives management.
- Good command of English and Spanish languages.

As a Supply Chain Planner in our Global Planning Hub, you will build an understanding of supply chain end-to-end and work with within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations. About The Department
Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over three hundred people these teams are a competitor leading, purpose built Global Hub, covering a multitude of Planning areas where we share best practice in a centralized and standard way to deliver industry leading service at best cost and the right level of inventory.
Our Global Demand Planning Team are responsible for ensuring good prediction of Sales across the world. This signal drives the full End to End Supply Chain from logistics through production and onto
supplier orders. The team collaborates with the markets to get the best Business Intelligence to input to the Machine Learning Models to create the best forecast. The team also ensure all New Product
launches are reflected correctly within the forecast.
THE ROLE
The Demand Planner executes daily operational activities across the overall forecast (units and values) for a small portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- Input data to build a reasonable demand forecast, in the o9 system, for the portfolio.
- Ensure local Business Units have provided their sales and marketing plans and collaborate with the relevant market teams to resolve any gaps.
- Communicate effectively to any demand related questions or issues for the portfolio.
- Analyze data and information to proactively identify trends and issues, escalating and action planning as appropriate.
- Attending the weekly local market connect meetings to review the demand changes and current performance, sharing new information as appropriate and implementing changes.
- Collaborate with Divisional Planners on the initiative management process by reviewing the data flow to build knowledge into the forecast including giftsets, limited editions, and non-saleable volumes.
